Faux leather comes and goes every few seasons, but it is safe to say it’s 100% in this year! I’ve seen faux leather everything – from pants to shirts and dresses to jackets. I’m completely sold on this trend. I think they can be dressed up with blazer or down with a pair of white sneakers to look super sophisticated and chic. My obsession began last year with a basic black pair, but my collection has quickly grown!

When it comes to styling, I have a few rules of thumb I follow. For the most part, I tend to wear knee high boots with skinny fit faux leather pants. I also love to pair them with a blazer and a tucked in top to keep the look elevated and sophisticated. I also love mixing textures with the leather – think suede, tweed, and lace!
For a more causal look, I love a straight leg or boyfriend style faux leather pant. I like to pair these with a silky blouse, cropped sweatshirt, or even a chunky sweater. Paired with ankle boots or sneakers, it’s a super simple causal combo that works every time! These are a new favorite pair for me this year (shown top right).

My final two favorites are a straight leg tan pair and a faux suede option. Both of these give me such equestrian vibes – another trend I’m loving right now! The faux suede (shown right) are almost more comfortable they leggings. They are my favorite new addition to my collection!
