Flare Fever

Where has summer gone? It’s so crazy to believe it’s already the first of September. It feels like just yesterday I was building up my spring wardrobe and getting excited about sundresses and days at the beach. Now it’s all about boots, layers, and getting into cozy-mode.

This is one of my favorite looks I’ve worn in a while. It has such a funky retro vibe to it, between the striped flares and over sized buckle on the wide belt. Paired with a simple bell sleeved top, I felt like I was straight out of the 70’s! What I love most about this look is that it feels summer appropriate because of the light nautical colors, but the long pants and sleeves will transition over super easily into fall temperatures.
