As I’m getting settled down into our new self-isolation routine, I’ve been finding myself spending more and more time in the kitchen. In particular, I’m loving whipping up something each week to keep under our cake stand (that is, if Ryan hasn’t made a cinnamon roll run that week!). Just like everyone else, I’ve whipped up some banana bread, but I also love this lemon poppyseed bread. Highly recommend.
I love making my weekend baking a special occasion – I put on some calming music, usually classical or jazz, and slip into something breezy and comfortable. This dress is the ideal baking dress, and I usually have on a pair of easy flats or sandals. Also thinking this adorable half apron would be a perfect accessory to my look!
