With the news of my impending move out of the way, let’s carry on with regularly scheduled programing…
Between my rental update and succumbing to whatever sickness is going around, I admittedly already fell off all my plans for the new year. I pulled my vision board back out this week to remind myself that this is just the beginning and it’s okay to redirect and begin again.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out with words of encouragement about the move–while this time of uncertainty is not my favorite, I’m focusing on the positive and finding excitement in the unknown. You know I already have a dozen mood boards scheming and plotting the new design!
Other things keeping me sane as we trudge through the longest shortest month of the year: each bird chirping outside my window reminding me that spring is on the way, indulging in little luxuries within my beauty routine, the new JFK Jr. & CBK Love Story series on Hulu (obsessed!!!), and window shopping for my spring wardrobe. Sharing a few favorite finds below!

A few recent thoughts/saves to share—
A Reformation store just opened in North Hills and I can’t wait to go visit—I currently have a few things on my wishlist! I finally grabbed a pair of the iconic Fern Lace Shorts in cream, but am temped by the Sorbet too. I’m also loving this silky mini and just ordered this perfect thick boxy tee.
While we are in the depths of winter, I’m adding little luxuries to the bathroom—think cute soap dishes and decadent products. The newest addition to my body care routine is Oak Essentials’ Dew Body Butter. It contains olive tree stem cells and sea algae, which helps with hydration and improving the appearance of sun damage. Another indulgence this month—this bath oil. Smells heavenly!
Also currently keeping me sane is experimenting with floral arranging. I’ve been making bi-weekly trips to the flower market to play with new stems (and pretend it’s spring)—current faves are Lisianthus, Scabiosa, Garden Roses and Italian Ruscus as a green.
A current random fixation: discovering unique jewelry brands via Pinterest. A couple fun ones I’ve stumbled across are Lucia Zolea and Casa Shop… so many cool pieces!
A major gap in my wardrobe is something between a jean and a sweatpant for those days I’m around the house or running a quick errand. I just discovered Le Bop and so far these pants are fitting the bill. The perfect cozy / polished pant!
Currently window shopping for a few home things, big and small, to add to my collection—loving these everyday placemats, these glass coasters, and also on the hunt for a unique (hopefully vintage) iron lamp.
