Happy New Year! I can’t believe it’s 2016 already! Where does time go? This past year was one of my favorites yet. Between both professional and personal accomplishments, I couldn’t be happier with where I am at to start off this new year. I’ve never really been one for making new year’s resolutions, but this year I am making just one.
With all the talk about ‘girl bosses’ these last couple years, it’s made me feel so inspired and empowered. So, for 2016, all I’m resolving to do is to push myself a little bit harder in the direction of my dreams and towards happiness each and every single day. This year has definitely been good to me, but I can’t wait for bigger things this coming year!
Today marks a fresh start, a clean slate, for us to make our mark for 2016. To me, there’s no more powerful way to embody that mentality into my look than a white suit. There’s a photo of Bianca Jagger in London in 1979 rocking an all white trouser suit like a complete boss. With this chic all-white look and a bold red lip I couldn’t help but feel a little bit of extra sass in my step, and motivation to make this next year the best yet.
Here’s to 2016 – let’s do this!!
