Silver & Striped

Happy first of March! It’s the month spring officially begins, so of course it’s one of my favorites! We got a little sneak peek of spring this past weekend in Raleigh, which naturally meant I tried to cram as many breezy and carefree dresses into one day as possible. I snagged this dress recently from ASOS and have been dying to wear it ever since!

I love that the high neck and long sleeves makes it totally wearable this time of year. It’s a little oversized, so I slimmed it down with a belt and dressed it up with shiny oxford flats, and added my Linea Pelle clutch for a pop of color. I ended up unintentionally looking patriotic – but going back through the pictures after the fact it reminded me of summer, so I definitely don’t mind!

Speaking of summer, anyone else catch The Bachelor last night? (Okay, yes, it’s totally my guilty pleasure!) Their trip to Jamaica has me craving a tropical vacation – I need sand between my toes and sun on my back pronto! I found myself in Anthropologie this past weekend picking out the most gorgeous sundresses for the tropical vacation I don’t even have planned yet! Anyone have any exciting trips planned for this spring or summer? Let me know in the comments if you do – I need some inspiration!
