If there’s one thing I’ve grown to love during the fall and winter months, it’s a good sweater dress. On the mornings that I just can’t stand to put on a pair of trousers and a button up, I always turn to my wall of dresses! Add a pair of tights or an over the knee boot, and I’m good to go for the day!
This sweater dress from Shopbop was actually sold as a sweater, but when I got it in the mail, I realized it was the perfect length for a sweater dress (I’m 5’4″). I love the lace detailing on the bottom – it almost makes it look like a sweater and skirt combo. The mix of textures and the different shades of grey has quickly made this sale purchase of mine become one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe.
In addition to my little red pieces for this season, this super comfortable and lacy little number has become a go-to for holiday parties. It’s so easy, not over-done, and comfortable enough to dance (or eat) the night away! And did I mention it’s on sale for less than $70? You can’t beat that!
