Talk about a serious flower overload! When my mom suggested I take a visit to these gardens, I was expecting them to be pretty, but I wasn’t expecting to be swallowed up by azalea bush after azalea bush! I immediately slipped into this gorgeous wisteria colored Anthropologie dress, as I’d been waiting for just the perfect spring backdrop to pair with it. I was pretty sure I wouldn’t beat the pure magic that awaited me in the gardens!

And magical it was – as soon as we entered, we were greeted to the soft trickling of a giant fountain next to us, and then we were immediately consumed by oversized flower bushes. Dirt paths wondered all through the gardens, making me feel like I was a part of some kind of fairy tale. It started to sprinkle just as we were leaving, which only made the whole experience even more whimsical and dreamy.

It was one of those moments when I was living exactly what I pictured an outfit being made for. I’m sure everyone has a different vision when they look at a piece, which is part of what shapes our personal style. But for me, when I first laid eyes on this dress, I imaged spending an afternoon losing all sense of time and reality, preferably surrounded my all things floral and spring, which is exactly what I did.
