I blame it on the glitz and glamour of the upcoming holiday season, but something about this time of year makes me want to ‘up my game’ when it comes to dressing. Sure, I love cozy sweaters and leggings as much as the next girl, but such a special time of year calls for an even more special wardrobe! Sequins, fur, feathers – I’m talking the whole nine yards.
One trend I’m loving and completely embracing is the faux fur look. Whether its on a bag, jacket, key chain, or anywhere else, I’m a huge fan! And there’s no better time of year than these next couple of months to get all dolled up in my favorite faux fur ensemble. Something about it is so old school Hollywood glam – one of my favorite eras. Slipping into this jacket, I can picture myself stepping out of a limo onto an old red carpet premiere, camera lights flashing.
It’s such a sweet and romantic look, especially in this blush pink hue. I’ll definitely be pairing this with an all white and neutral look later this winter, and over all of my dresses that I want to give a little something extra to. It’s the perfect piece to carry me into the holiday season. It will keep be bundled up and cozy, but looking über chic at the same time!
