Summer’s not quite over yet! Though there’s been a lot of talk about fall fashion already on the blog (and I promise there’s a lot more to come), I’m still not over my summer sundresses. And what’s better? Now that it’s the end of summer, there are so many amazing options on sale! I couldn’t help but scoop up a couple from Chicwish to wear through the end of summer – or until it finally starts to cool off.
This off-shoulder navy striped dress was immediately one of my favorites. I love the nautical vibes – I can completely picture myself wearing it up in the Hamptons, sailing off the coast at sunset. The embroidered lace detailing along the bottom hem adds such a sweet touch to it, and pairs perfectly with either a block heeled sandal or would be cute dressed down with a pair of your favorite casual sneakers (these are my favorite).
Though the dress may seem oversized and billowy, that’s part of what makes it so great for weekends! It’s perfect for indulgent long and lazy brunches, isn’t clingy and kept me perfectly cool wandering around downtown on one of the hottest days of the summer, and I felt like I could do just about anything in it!
