Festival Style: Embroidered Glam

For my final installment of this week’s festival inspired content, I’m excited to talk about my last three elements to keep your bring your Coachella 2017 look to a new level. In case you missed them, you can catch Monday and Wednesday’s posts here and here, where I’m chatting all about feminine floral prints and this seasons must-have accessories, from handbags to earrings and hair rings.

I’ve been extra excited about today’s look to share one of festival season’s hottest trends: glitter, paired with the faux freckle. I fell in love with these by Mr. Kate, and am already drumming up other reason to get glammed up and use them again!

Elevated Embroidery

This season’s runway shows have me convinced embroidery is back in a big way! Incorporate a little to your look or wear it all over.

(Faux) Leather Layers

Festival season wouldn’t be complete without a little leather or suede. Try adding the texture to your look with a mini or midi skirt. Opt for an airier top to balance the look out.

Pops of Pearl

To maintain that sophisticated sweet feel with an edgier look, add a touch of innocence with pearly footwear.
