With another change in seasons upon us, it inevitably signifies yet another evolution of what’s hot and what’s not, and an influx of the latest and greatest trends. We’ve seen it year after year – something can be trending one minute, and a complete fashion faux-pas the next (wedge sneakers, anyone?). Though the it-list of items can change so often it can sometimes be a job in itself to keep up, there’s one trend for fall that seems like it is here to stay.

Walk into a department store this time of year and I guarantee you’ll find girls shilling out a pretty penny for a pair of the ever coveted over-the-knee boots. Total confession? I’ve fallen victim to this myself! When these pretty puppies are starring at you point blank, who really has will power to resist?
