(Fresh produce for a little mid-week baking)
This week was nice – we had our first couple of warm days this year, and I took a couple of evenings off to relax, catch up with friends, and not do too much of anything. The extra hour of sunlight motivates me to make the most of my days, so it was nice this week to turn on my porch lights, open my screen door, and enjoy spring’s beginnings. While the warm weather was unfortunately short lived, I will be leaving this evening to spend the weekend in the cabin with my family, and probably visiting our favorite pub downtown to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
