Moroccan Nights

I’m so excited today to kick off the second week of posts from my trip to California! This lace caftan from Anthropologie was easily one of the most gorgeous pieces I wore on my trip. As soon as I spotted it, I knew it was coming with me. The fabric was perfect for the hot summer evenings – light and airy enough to catch a little breeze, yet still kept me covered once the temperatures cooled off at night. I couldn’t get over how elegant I felt the whole evening wearing it around the Korakia property.

There’s so many things I could rave about staying at the Korakia (a full review coming soon!), but one of my favorite things was the old classic movies they showed each night outside on a projector. I slipped this on our second night there to go watch Roman Holiday while lounging in giant floor pillows under the desert night sky. It was so surreal to literally be laying right at the base of a giant mountian watching one of my favorite films outside. It was definitely one of the most perfect moments for me.
