It’s fairly often that I’ll post a look and claim it as “one of my favorites ever,” and truthfully, at the time I say it, it really is one of my favorites. But then a look as perfect as this comes along, and I can say without a doubt, it’s one of my favorites in a long time! There is just so much about this look that I love – from the bell sleeves on this light-weight sweater, to the fringe pocket detailing on the vibrant striped shorts, what’s not to swoon over?
I wore this look the other day while exploring Durham, a neighboring city to where I live. It had been a few years since I really walked around downtown, so Ryan and I took the afternoon to see what the town had to offer. Even though it was only thirty minutes away from home, wandering around somewhere with no agenda made it feel like a mini-vacation.
We ended up eating at Taberna Tapas – it was amazing! I had churros for the first time, and can now officially call myself an addict. I hope everyone else had a wonderful weekend – thank you as always for stopping by!
