Summer Whites

LOCATION: RALEIGH, NC

There’s something so sweet and innocent about a little white dress, especially when it’s covered in delicate lace. Maybe it reminds me of the romance of brides on their wedding day, or of little girls dressed up for Easter, but either way I am all about the LWD (Little White Dress) this season!

I was flipping through my rack a couple weeks ago, selecting something to wear to a rehearsal dinner, when it occurred to me that almost everything I had purchased this season was either blush pink or white! My wardrobe now is a far cry away from the grey and black tones I was sporting all through winter.

Gone are the days of wearing a little black dress to fancy events and evenings out. The little white dress has taken its place, and I’m hoping it’s here to stay! It is such a crisp and fresh alternative to the otherwise seductive black dresses, but the innocence of it all makes this season’s LWD subtly sexy in its own way.
